File Upload
We support uploading of your local design files that are at most 64mb and are not a zip/exe/rar files. To use the file upload function. Please click “Get Started” and select the file upload option.
Common issues encountered with file upload can generally be solved using one of the methods below:
- Clear your local browser cache and cookies
- Disable any adblockers or any content altering extensions attributed to your browser
- Ensure that your file(s) adhere to our file upload rules above
Additionally, please ensure that your uploaded files are high quality with PNG/JPG images being at least 300 DPI. Vector files are preferred so as to minimize variance from your original design.
If you are still having trouble uploading your design, please proceed by clicking “Add To Cart” instead of “Get Started”. After completing your order, please reply to your new order email with your order design(s) and our support team will ensure that the designs given are used to process your order.
Design Your Own
Our online designer provides a dynamic and encompassing experience, allowing you to design your own products from scratch or by using one of our high-quality templates. It is recommended to follow the initial tutorial on your first instance of entering the design tool to get a feel of our features.
