Standard production is 3 to 5 business days after you approve the proof, plus shipping time if we are delivering. Large-format signs, packaging and specialty finishes can take longer, and the product page shows the turnaround for each item. Working to a hard deadline? Tell us the in-hand date when you order or request a quote and we will confirm what is possible.

Three ways. Order online: pick a product, choose size, quantity and options, see the price instantly, upload your file and check out. Request a quote when you need a price first or the job is custom; our estimators reply by email. Send your files when you already have print-ready artwork and just want us to confirm price and timing before anything prints.

A press-ready PDF is best: CMYK colour, images at 300 dpi, fonts embedded or outlined, and 0.125" (1/8") bleed on every side with important text kept at least 0.125" inside the trim line. One PDF per side or a multi-page PDF for booklets. Have only a JPG, PNG or an Illustrator file? Send it anyway through Send your files and our prepress team will check it. Full details are on our Artwork Specifications page.

Yes. Every order gets a free artwork check. If anything looks off (low resolution, missing bleed, RGB colours, text too close to the edge) we contact you before printing. Nothing goes to press until the proof is approved, and the production clock starts at approval.

Text stock (70# to 100#) is the thinner paper used for flyers, brochures, letterhead and booklet pages. Cover or card stock (100# cover, 14pt, 16pt, 18pt) is the thick board used for business cards, postcards and packaging. Coating is what goes on top after printing: UV gloss ink for shine, or matte, gloss and soft-touch lamination for durability and feel. Uncoated, kraft and linen stocks are left natural so you can write on them.

Yes. Most products offer three options: upload your own print-ready file, customize one of our online templates in the browser, or let our in-house designers build the artwork from your logo and content. Choose "Request a quote" and mention design help, or ask at any location. See examples in our design portfolio.

Yes. We die-cut custom-shape stickers and labels, make folding cartons, mailer boxes and corrugated shippers, and print banners, coroplast, foam board, PVC, ACM and retractable displays in-house. For custom shapes, put your cut line on a spot colour named CutContour or just send the artwork and we will draw the die line and send you a proof. Packaging and large format are quoted individually through the quote wizard.

Online products show the price as you choose options, and any active sale is applied automatically on the product page and in your cart. Quoted jobs are paid through a secure payment link once you approve the price. Show us a lower advertised price from a local competitor for the same product and specs and we will beat it by 10% of the difference. Business customers can ask about account terms and trade pricing.

Yes. Log in to My Account, open My Orders and reorder with the same files and options in a couple of clicks, or change the quantity first. Saved designs and quotes are kept there too. If you ordered in store or by email, mention the previous order number and we will pull the files.
