Folding cartons and paperboard boxes, corrugated shippers and mailers, sleeves, trays, case cards, gift card holders and the labels that go on them — printed offset, digital or flexo and die cut, glued and finished in our Marpole plant.
Digitally printed cartons start at small runs (a few hundred), which is also how we produce prototypes. Offset and flexo-printed corrugated have higher minimums because of plates and make-ready — request a quote with your quantities and we’ll recommend the right process.
Yes. We can supply a white (unprinted) structural sample to check fit, or a printed prototype on the production board, before you approve the run.
No. Send us your product dimensions or a sample and our structural designers will build the dieline. If you already have one, send it as a PDF or AI file with artwork on a separate layer.
CRB (100% recycled clay-coated board), FBB (folding box board) and SUS/CNK (solid unbleached sulfate) for cartons; E, B and C flute corrugated in kraft or white for shippers. We’ll recommend a grade based on product weight, shipping and look.
