Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue and exclude applicable taxes.
Minimum charges apply: $10.00 per item for Digital Printing and $30.00 per item for Large Format Printing.
All prices, specifications, and promotions may change at Rayacom’s discretion.
Please allow for a ±2% variation in finished image size and a ±5% tolerance for over/under runs.
Color output may vary by up to 5% due to print settings and equipment calibration.
Shifts of up to 5% may occur due to automated cutting processes.
Full payment is required before processing orders. For design-involved projects, a 50% deposit is required, with the remaining balance due after approval and before production begins.
Printed proofs are recommended to verify color and text size and are available upon request. Note that requesting a proof may delay turnaround time. If no printed proof is requested, Rayacom will not be responsible for the final output. Files submitted by clients will be printed as-is.
Custom artwork includes any designs created, edited, or modified by Rayacom’s Design Team. Design charges are applied in 0.25-hour increments at the current rate. All requested changes must be submitted together; additional changes may incur separate charges.
Clients must thoroughly review all proofs for color, sizing, content, etc. Written approval is required before production. Approval signifies that the client releases Rayacom from any liability related to the proof.
Print-ready files are those submitted by the client requiring no further editing. Rayacom will not be liable for any issues such as spelling, grammar, color discrepancies, or layout errors. Files will be printed exactly as provided.
Rayacom strives to use royalty-free images in custom designs. Rayacom, its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any claims or damages arising from copyright or trademark infringement related to images provided by clients.
Promotions are only applicable under stated conditions and cannot be applied to retail orders unless explicitly noted. Promo codes are valid only for eligible products and cannot be used on sale or rush items unless otherwise stated. Promotions may be modified or withdrawn at Rayacom’s sole discretion.
General Conditions: Promotions, deals, and coupons may change without notice. Validity periods will be as stated in marketing materials. Promotions may not be combined unless specifically allowed. All prices are in CAD and exclude taxes and shipping unless noted.
Any claims for defects, shortages, or damages must be submitted in writing within five (5) business days of delivery. Failure to do so constitutes full acceptance of the order and acknowledgment of compliance with agreed specifications.
Refund Policy:
All sales are final. No cash refunds are offered. If a refund is granted, it will be issued as store credit or an online credit only.

Digital Printing: 24–48 hours
Large Format Printing: 3–5 business days
Press Runs: 3–5 business days
Gang Runs:
Submit by Tuesday 5 PM → Ready by Friday end of day
Submit by Friday 5 PM → Ready by Wednesday end of day
Note: These timelines exclude design time, bindery, and large quantities. Delays due to late deposits, late file submissions, or delayed approvals are the client’s responsibility. Orders requested faster than the standard turnaround, or under 24 hours, are considered "RUSH" and may incur a minimum rush fee of $25 or 25% of the order total, whichever is greater.
Rayacom does not proof or adjust customer-submitted files. Orders are printed exactly as submitted. Clients are fully responsible for reviewing and approving all layout, content, and file details before submission. Rayacom is not responsible for errors including but not limited to:
Spelling, grammar, punctuation
Incorrect layouts, sizing, or bleeding
Transparency issues, overprints, or crop marks
Proofs will only be provided upon request. If a proof is requested, the order will not proceed until written approval is received, which may affect turnaround time.
All printed products are shipped FOB shipping point, meaning ownership and risk transfer to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier. For digital products, delivery is considered complete once the product is emailed or made available for download.
Rayacom’s website and all its content are provided “as is” without any warranties—expressed or implied—including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The site may contain technical errors or interruptions, and Rayacom is not responsible for external links or third-party services.
Rayacom and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of data or profit. Rayacom is not responsible for delays, viruses, service interruptions, or user errors. Use of the site and its services is at your own risk.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Rayacom, its employees, directors, and suppliers from all claims, damages, legal fees, and liabilities arising from a breach of these terms. Approval of artwork and production instructions signifies acceptance of all terms listed herein.
