The Rayacom Online Printing System is a digital pre-press platform that connects online design tools with commercial print production. It allows clients, designers, and print shops to create, edit, and approve templates online before printing begins—streamlining the pre-press process.

By simplifying the design-to-print workflow, the system helps your business save time, reduce errors, and increase productivity—ultimately making your operations more efficient and cost-effective.

There are three options for designing and customizing a product. Click a product on the left-hand panel and choose one of the options.

You can choose from three flexible design options:

1. Custom Design – Use our online design studio or work with our in-house designers.

2. Upload Design – Submit your own artwork in formats like JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, PSD, and more.

3. Browse Design – Choose from professionally designed templates and customize them in our studio.

We proudly serve several locations in Edmonton, including the West End area. Our services cover neighborhoods and streets such as 17342 109 Avenue NW, T5S, near the West Edmonton Mall; 111 Avenue NW, T5S, close to the Edmonton Valley Zoo; and 18141 107 Avenue NW, T5S, near the Lymburn neighborhood.

Coated papers are available in two finishes:

• Glossy: Shiny and vibrant—great for making colors pop.

• Matte: Smooth and non-reflective—ideal for a subtle, modern look.

Our 24-hour turnaround service is designed for speed and convenience. Just upload your print-ready file, choose your specifications, and your order will be ready for pickup the next business day.

We strive to complete all 24-hour printing orders within the promised production timeframe; however, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. To qualify for 24-hour turnaround, print-ready artwork must be submitted before 12:00 PM (noon). Turnaround time is based on individual store hours and begins from the time your file is received. For example, a file submitted at 8:00 AM will be ready by your local store’s closing time the following business day.

Our system supports RGB (red, green, blue) for producing digital prints. We have accurately mapped color pallet to match RGB to CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, key) to ensure proper 4-color printing.

Your PDF files should be at 300 DPI (dots per inch), which is the industry standard for high-quality printing.

We use offset printing, known for its superior quality and sharp detail in both text and images.

Website prices reflect base rates for standard specs. Final pricing may vary based on:
